I’m Termetrice, and I’m delighted to welcome you to Excel Assistance Business Support.
As a successful early childhood entrepreneur, I committed myself to creating the best experiences for the families and staff I worked with. My days (and nights!) were spent assessing challenges, creating strategies, evaluating effectiveness, and achieving sustainable results. As a result, my business began advancing so rapidly, I soon needed a new and more sustainable structure that allowed me to continue working ON my business rather than just IN my business.
I began gathering a group of experienced professionals and experts to act as an organizational support team, separate from the daily operational staff. This team focused solely on the goals and objectives of the business, and functioned like a development group coaching and mentoring staff as-needed. Using this structure and the Excel Assist framework, I made my business more profitable, streamlined the workflow, and developed a competitive advantage that helped us provide better service to our customers.
Now, I am fulfilling my passion of helping others maximize their organization’s effectiveness by sharing the Excel Assist framework and a network of industry experts. We exist to support your business, and to eliminate the struggle of figuring out challenges on your own.
